Each piece is carefully cleaned, checked, and prepared before dispatch.
As we are a small two-person operation, please allow a little time for handling β€” quality always comes first.

Processing time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.

UK Shipping

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tracked service available at checkout

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays beyond our control.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your piece, but if something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • The item must be unworn and unused, aside from trying it on

To request a return, please contact us first with your order number.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels

As all of our pieces are vintage, they may show signs of age or wear.
These characteristics are part of the item’s history and are not considered faults.
